Do I need to already be using Hostaway?

No. We can set it up from scratch as part of the package. If you're already on Hostaway and it's not configured well, we'll audit and rebuild it. If you're on a different PMS, we'll discuss whether Hostaway makes sense or adapt to your current tool.

How long does everything take to complete?

Most hosts are fully implemented within 2–3 weeks. SOPs, templates, and the customer journey come first (within the first week), followed by Hostaway setup and channel configuration. The Concierge Corner is usually the final piece

Is this done for you or do I do the work?

Mostly done-for-you with your input. We build everything, but we'll need details about your property, current setup, and preferences to make it specific to you. Think of it as a close collaboration where the heavy lifting is on our side.

I only have 1 property. Is this worth it?
